As a trade show organiser, you organise, and we facilitate. Together with you, we realise successful trade fairs, both live, virtual and hybrid events. We think along with you, provide the technology, and if required, we also take care of the complete stand construction.

For the conference organiser

You organise your congress and we facilitate. Together with you, we realise successful congresses by actively thinking along with you. We have an eye for detail and facilitate technology, stand construction and livestreams. We can facilitate both live congresses and online virtual congresses. If required, we can also facilitate a hybrid congress.

We use our expertise and experience to realise successful corporate events. We think along with you, have an eye for detail and offer the right technical, creative and budgetary solutions.

Circular & recyclable

Use materials that are circular and/or recyclable.

Many stand walls are recyclable, but we don’t think that goes far enough. We use Aluvision modular frames. These are aluminium frames made from 70% recycled aluminium. The frames can be reused endlessly and if they are damaged, the materials are the raw material for new frames. Cradle to cradle. The frames can also be used in a hybrid way, as both printed canvas and panels can be mounted in the frames. Frames are the basic structure of the stand.

It is important to pay attention to the proper quality of LED lighting in connection with the color rendering index of LED, so that the exhibited products maintain their natural color. In some applications, we use gas discharge lamps. Although most people think that LED lighting is always the best solution, our lighting designers know better than anyone that there are a number of applications where a gas discharge lamp consumes less energy than an equivalent solution using energy efficient LED lighting. After taking stock of your goals and wishes, we will be happy to advise you on the choice of the right lighting.

Raised floors are used to hide cabling and give the stand a fancier look. We use OCTAeco flooring. This floor is made from 100% recycled plastic and is quick to install. The OCTAeco floor is suitable for cabling, if you also need water or compressed air connections in your stand another floor may be a better choice. Sometimes you can do with just one floor covering. After we have assessed your requirements we can advise you on the right choice of floor.

Floor coverings include carpet, laminate and vinyl. Depending on your budget, desired look and intensity of use, we can help you make the right choice. All of these materials are collected separately after use and offered for recycling. Carpet is processed into granules that are used as raw material for other applications. By choosing these materials, you reduce the carbon footprint of your trade show exhibit.

Our furniture is made of recyclable materials. Furniture that we rarely use is hired from major international partners and is usually delivered directly to the exhibition. We also have in-house furniture, which is the standard design furniture that is used frequently. In this way we reduce the CO2 emissions caused by unnecessary transport from our partners. Want to go even further? Then ask for furniture with the sustainable label. A furniture line that gives PET bottles a second life.

The artwork on the walls is mainly done with printed canvas. The big advantage is that these canvases can be reused at several exhibitions. We can also divide these screens so that some of them can be used in a smaller stand. We also have customers who use them in their showroom after the show. If these canvases are no longer needed, they can be recycled.

By using a combination of modular walls and printed panels or fabrics in our stand construction, sanding and painting is usually unnecessary. Occasionally a panel or floor section has to be sawn or sanded. But even then we can work dust-free by using Festool’s autostart vacuum cleaners. Of course, we also use these vacuums to clean your stand, which is very practical.
